- 1 Banana (medium sized banana)
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 cup Rolled Oats (Instant oats are fine too if you have no rolled oats)
- 1/4 cup Plain yogurt or Greek yogurt (Your yogurt should be full fat.)
- 2 Mango strips
