Description
Fiber rich pancakes to get your kid to poop. This is another way I get my kids to poop without using fruits.
A regular with my daughter, knowing fiber rich meals work well, I tried to think of something I knew she would love and eat well outside fruits.
Well, I tried tigernut flour and date sugar since those are fiber rich and I had some at home.
Not only did it work but it tasted really good.

Instructions

Place all the dry ingredients into a bowl and set aside.

Place the wet ingredients into a bowl and combine properly.

Create a well in the dry ingredients and pour in the wet ingredients and fold till it's just combined.

Lightly grease a skillet or a non-stick pan and place on low heat.

Pour in scoops of the batter and cook on both sides for about 3 minutes.

Serve with some Greek yogurt and watch the magic happen.
