Banana Puree Fortified with Healthy Fats
Soak the Cashew for about an hour
this will soften the cashews so it can easily blend.
Drain out the water, when the cashew is soft.
Cut the bananas into the blender and add in the cashews.
Blend until very smooth
Now, add the breastmilk or baby formula when ready to feed.You can store the blended puree in portions and freeze. Then when ready to feed, you can add some milk.
